CONFLICT MANAGEMENT

The purpose of this session is to assist educational leaders in handling the situations in which they face conflict and to be able to resolve the conflict successfully. This module will help participants gain knowledge and understanding of theories, principles, and procedures applicable to conflict management. Educational leaders will be introduced to recommended conflict management styles and will be shown how one tends to use these in selected situations. Activities and exercises will help participants develop skills in identifying the degree of compatibility that might exist between the school, principal, teacher, and students.
